In industries such as adhesives, coatings, silver paste, ceramic paste, and food sauces, solid particles or high-density components in many fluid materials tend to precipitate and stratify when left standing, resulting in uneven dispensing or filling quality. This ensures stable pressure output while stirring, ensuring that the material remains uniform throughout.
Based on the standard pressure tank, the agitating pressure tank is equipped with a vertical agitator installed at the center of the tank lid. The motor power is selectable from 0.12 kW to 1.5 kW, and the speed is adjustable from 0 to 500 rpm (variable frequency control). The agitating shaft and paddle are also made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The paddle design, depending on the material characteristics, can be anchored, paddle-shaped, turbine-shaped, or dispersing disc-shaped. A baffle plate can be added to the inner wall of the tank to eliminate central vortexes and enhance mixing efficiency. A double-end mechanical seal or magnetic seal is used between the agitator and the tank lid to ensure no leakage or pollution under pressure.
This product is particularly suitable for the following scenarios: fillers-containing glues (such as thermal conductive silicone grease, conductive silver paste), easily sedimenting pigment slurries, high-solid content coatings, food chocolate slurries, etc. The stirring pressure barrel can serve as an independent feeding unit or be integrated into an automated production line, with PLC control for stirring start/stop, speed, and feeding pressure linkage. During cleaning, the stirrer can be quickly disassembled as a whole, and the barrel body is polished without dead spaces, meeting the need for rapid production changeover.
"Previously, we would first mix the materials in a mixing tank and then transfer them to a regular pressure tank for use. This process was prone to introducing bubbles and resulted in significant waste during transfer.
