The main structure of the funnel-type pressure barrel is consistent with that of a standard pressure barrel, made of 304 stainless steel and capable of withstanding pressures ranging from 0 to 2.0 MPa. The core difference lies in the design of the central funnel-shaped feeding port on the barrel lid, with an inlet diameter of up to 150mm~300mm, and equipped with an airtight sealing cover. When feeding, the operator simply opens the small funnel lid, and uses a manual or automatic lifting device to pour the material into the funnel. The material falls into the barrel by gravity, while the pressure gas inside the barrel is maintained stable through a dedicated balancing pipeline, avoiding sudden pressure drops or material splashes. After feeding is complete, the small lid is closed, and the system can continue to work. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds.
This design significantly enhances production line efficiency, especially suitable for high-frequency operations requiring more than 10 material additions per day. Additionally, the funnel opening doubles as an observation window, allowing real-time monitoring of the remaining material in the barrel, thus preventing operations from running out of material.
